Brussels, Belgium, headquartered Cowboy is promoting a highly personalised opportunity to experience its bikes, with the brand’s “Ride with us” test ride experience.
“Ride with us” seeks to make a strong, positive, differentiating, brand statement, elevating the service above the more typical, ‘find time to go to a bike shop, sign up and take a demo bike for a test ride’ offering.
Why the fanfare, when, fundamentally, the brand is offering the opportunity to take a Cowboy bike for a spin, for free?
A customer-centric approach to meeting people, at a time and place which works for them: Placing the person at the centre of the experience.
The Cowboy “Ride with us” difference:
A Cowboy expert will cycle over and introduce the bike to the person requesting the demo, at their home, at a time which suits them: A fully personalised and tailored experience.
- The brand has a network of over 100 test ride ambassadors, who will come to the home of the person requesting the test ride. To their front door.
- Arriving at the doorstep of the person requesting the test ride, any time, any day, ensures the test rider can experience for themselves the way a Cowboy rides, at their convenience
- Going that extra mile, the Cowboy ambassador will also join the person on a ride, taking them for a spin in their home neighbourhood.
“Ride with us” is currently available in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Luxemburg, Denmark and Sweden.
Those riding a Cowboy for the first time will experience the brand’s unique AdaptivePower system, which senses changes in effort and gradient and adjusts to keep the rider moving with a natural pedal feel. The brand uses both torque and cadence sensors to achieve what it describes as a “seamless ride experience”.
