Bosch eBike Systems is proud to announce an official brand partnership with RideAble Now, the UK’s premier adaptive mountain bike (aMTB) platform.
By teaming up with this pioneering venture, Bosch is reinforcing its commitment to inclusive mobility and supporting the growth of adaptive cycling across the UK and beyond.
Launched in January 2026 by mountain bike legend Martyn Ashton, RideAble Now is a not-for-profit social enterprise built to Inspire, Grow, and Fund the adaptive community.
As a brand partner, Bosch will provide the technical “heart” for the platform’s initiatives, highlighting how modern eBike technology acts as the ultimate equaliser for riders with life-changing injuries or disabilities.

Central to the partnership is the Performance Line CX drive unit. With 120 Nm of torque and a 600% support factor, this high-performance motor is the “powerhouse” required for the unique demands of adaptive cycles. Ashton, who founded the platform following his own spinal cord injury, describes Bosch eBike Systems technology as the essential component that “joins the dots” between mainstream eBike development and specialised adaptive bike design.

As part of the partnership, Bosch will also support the RideAble Now Access Fund. This community-driven grant pot helps disabled riders bridge the financial gap of a bike’s cost, getting them back out on the Trails. Bosch’s involvement will further amplify the reach of this fund, which has already seen significant growth since its inception.
