Euro Mobility Festival gains momentum for 2023

The second edition of the Euro Mobility Festival in Girona is gaining momentum for its 2023 event.

Taking place as part of the Sea Otter Europe show in the picturesque Spanish town, from September 22-24, aims to bring together sustainability and urban transport figureheads.

Booking for new brands wishing to exhibit at the 2023 event opened on February 1, with most of the brands from last year’s festival wishing to return this year.

The organisers of the event, with which MMB is a media partner, said: “After the great success of the first edition, the Euro Mobility Festival 2023 is getting off to a flying start.

“There is a great synergy between the Sea Otter Europe festival, which is now fully consolidated and heading towards its seventh edition and has become one of the most prominent and essential international cycling festivals for brands in the sector, and the Euro Mobility Festival.

“The Euro Mobility Festival was born as a response to the strong momentum that sustainable, urban transport and individual transport systems have been gaining in recent years, especially in the wake of the pandemic. National and international policies in support of sustainable transport in urban areas are pushing not only the bicycle industry, but also many large traditional brands in the development and manufacture of automobiles and motorbikes, as well as new brands of accessories and various services that are developing in parallel and are largely linked to new technologies. The demand for new solutions is growing exponentially and everyone wants to be part of the new business that is being created around it.”

The 2023 event will feature test tracks, along with an estimated 60,000 visitors from 54 countries, based on last year’s attendance.
