Position Summary: Accountant is responsible for execution of day-to-day accounting operations with the focus on month-end reporting. Position Responsibilities: Executing monthly reporting procedures in line with local GAAP and US GAAP Monitoring compliance with company-wide accounting policies and procedures Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting Actively communicating with other team members of Finance team and other departments (Managing Director, GM, IT) Monitoring ERP data reliability Assisting with external audits Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Ability to meet monthly reporting deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Highly detail-oriented, structured and organized Competencies: Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing job duties. Position Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field Experience: Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience. Previous public practice experiences (Big 4) or working for a business operating globally a must. Previous working US GAAP experience a must. Previous ERP experience a must (Oracle experience a plus). Strong knowledge of Local GAAP a plus.
