Position Summary:\u00a0\r\n\r\nAccountant is responsible for execution of day-to-day accounting operations with the focus on \u00a0month-end reporting.\u00a0\r\n\r\nPosition Responsibilities:\u00a0\r\n\r\n \t Executing monthly reporting procedures in line with local GAAP and US GAAP\r\n \tMonitoring compliance with company-wide accounting policies and procedures\r\n \tAligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting\r\n \tActively communicating with other team members of Finance team and other departments (Managing Director, GM, IT)\r\n \tMonitoring ERP data reliability \r\n \tAssisting with external audits\r\n\r\nSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:\u00a0\r\n\r\n \tAbility to meet monthly reporting deadlines\r\n \tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\n \tProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel\r\n \tHighly detail-oriented, structured and organized\r\n\r\nCompetencies:\u00a0\r\n\r\n \tCustomer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing\u00a0 job duties. Previous public practice \u00a0experiences (Big 4) or working for a business operating globally a must. Previous working \u00a0US GAAP experience a must. Previous ERP experience a must (Oracle experience a plus).
