Established in 2010 EBCO Ltd is a UK distributor of quality Electric Bikes. Exclusively offering the leading brands, EBCO and Corratec it is recognized as one of the leading supplier of  e-bikes in the UK. Having recently been taken over by an £8 billion pound organization, TVS motors who also own Norton Motorcycles they are currently looking to expand their team and operations to take the company to the next level.


We are looking for Someone who can bring the perfect blend of creative genius, technical knowledge, marketing fundamentals and team-building prowess to our business to make BIG things happen!

Reporting into the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be both Strategic and operational with the benefit and ability to outsource various operational elements of the workload. Ideally this candidate will have a keen passion for communicating the company’s story, their brand values as well as ensuring the customer experience is second to none. 

You will be responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing the marketing strategy; planning, co-ordinating and communicating our marketing efforts to stakeholders and team members and building our brand reach to new levels and new markets.

Your focus will be on identifying marketing wins across our existing channels, together with optimizing the online and in-person customer journey, reviewing site performance, developing SEO strategy, overseeing PPC and Paid channels, managing website development and design, reporting and tracking spends and performance; in short owning all aspects of the marketing function.

You will need to be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and excellent design and copywriting skills. You will have a very clear vision on what the marketing strategy will return to the business by way of revenue increase and brand awareness.


  • Responsible for creating and delivering the company strategy.
  • Management of a substantial Marketing budget 
  • Management of external agencies/contractors utilised to support the strategy 
  • Analysing data and reporting back on trends/findings
  • Lead on all omnichannel communications whilst keeping a view on competitors. 


  • Previous experience within a similar role essential (preferably in the Cycle/Leisure sector)
  • Able to liaise across the business with multiple departments.  
  • Confident with data analysis and reporting 
  • Ambitious and keen to grow with the business. 
  • Previous experience using various CMS/CRM systems
  • Ability to organise trade and consumer shows/events.
  • Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills 
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Coordinating the marketing projects from beginning to end
  • Coordinating all media contacts and ensuring that the company consistently gets print and digital coverage.
  • An interest in cycling would be an advantage.
