The Role

As the North Cluster Marketing Leader, you’ll be the strategic force behind marketing excellence across multiple markets. Acting as the bridge between regional strategy and local execution, you’ll ensure every campaign resonates with riders and reflects our premium positioning.

• Lead with vision: Drive all north cluster marketing initiatives, aligning with regional strategies while tailoring for local impact.
• Create premium experiences: Develop and execute campaigns that elevate Specialized’s presence and inspire riders of all backgrounds.
• Empower teams: Mentor country marketing coordinators, fostering collaboration, inclusion, and high performance.
• Deliver insights: Provide market intelligence and consumer trends to shape future strategies.
• Optimise performance: Manage budgets, monitor effectiveness, and champion continuous improvement.

What You Need to Win

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven success in marketing leadership within a regional or cluster structure.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing ability across all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
• Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
• Languages are a bonus
• The ability and flexibility to travel across north cluster markets (UK, NL, Nordics, EE)
