Title: Brand Marketing Creative Job Location: Hybrid role Salary: Competitive We are looking for a Brand Marketing Creative who will work on a hybrid basis between our Head Office in Walton Summit, near Preston and their home. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, increasing brand engagement and supporting product sales across the whole category mix. The main purpose of this role is to create/design high quality content for multi-channel, integrated campaigns, as well as independent BAU brand communications. The Brand Marketing Creative will work closely with the wider marketing, content and digital teams, being the champion of the brands' aesthetics, responsible for creating and producing high quality, engaging content across all channels. From capturing photography and video, postproduction editing, creative writing, art direction, online asset creation, social content design and email-always ensuring all work is delivered to agreed deadlines and to a high quality. The key responsibilities will be: You will bring to life the vision for the brand and deliver highly engaging campaigns by creating high quality creative. You will support product campaigns by developing integrated campaign toolkits - including the creation of assets across photography, digital design, CRM and social design. You will deliver studio photography to be used across social media and digital assets, managing the pre shoot art direction, along with postproduction requirements. You will take ownership of the copy that will be used for the content you have designed, including the briefing of our team copywriter and, where relevant, writing copy and support our Ambassador programme by developing relevant sub-brand assets (design, identity, imagery, video) that enables amplification across digital channels. Work in collaboration with other creatives both internally and externally, and lead on the creative integration of all campaign related channels. In collaboration with Head of PR and Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead on the creative asset development for our media plans. Including press, digital interscrollers, web page take overs, digital display, paid video reels and digital media partnerships. Working alongside the Social Media Exec, generating ideas and develop stand-alone social campaigns integrating design and imagery, relevant for the platforms and briefing where relevant, freelancers to develop integrated marketing campaigns. You will play an active part in creative planning discussions and brainstorming of new ideas and creative concepts, driving these forwards to production where relevant. In collaboration with the Head of Experience, deliver creative solutions to improve our onsite conversion. You will attend events, such as races or roadshows to capture relevant photographic content and telling visual stories for the brand and take on briefs from around the business to support any design needs across areas such as retail, digital, customer service and operations. You will work independently and use initiative on both external shoots and design projects, when in the absence of art direction, where needed. Manage your personal workload in line with agreed content plans and briefs, ensuring accuracy and a high level of detail across our entire creative output. Ensuring you are aligned to the overall brand plans, and specific channel plans you will own the creative output and ensure it is aligned to the brief and objectives.
